Ingredients:

  • Beetroot, chopped 200gm
  • Carrots, chopped 100gm
  • Curd 100gm
  • Fresh mint leaves 10gm
  • Green chilies, chopped 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black salt to taste
  • Roasted cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  • Ice cubes as required

Preparation:

  1. Put the beetroot, carrots, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, black salt, cumin seeds, and half of curd in a blender and blend for two to three minutes.
  2. Add the remaining yogurt, and continue to blend for another two minutes. Pour into tall glasses and serve with ice cubes immediately.
