STRAWBERRY YOGHURT

Ingredients

  • Strawberry cut in to slices 50gm
  • Fresh hung curd (Skimmed) 100gm
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Fresh Paneer 50gm
  • Skimmed Milk 1Tbsp.

Preparation

  1. Put the paneer and milk in a liquidizer and churn until creamy.
  2. Mash the strawberries.
  3. Beat the curds with sugar free, add to the paneer cream and strawberries then mix well.
  4. Serve chill.
