Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the full story. You might be in the 'normal' weight range but unhappy with how clothes fit, where your body holds fat, or how you look in photos. Figure correction is about body composition — reducing inches in specific areas, improving muscle tone, and reshaping the body — not just weight loss. At Go Moringa, we build figure-correction plans for pre-wedding brides, post-pregnancy women, and anyone whose body shape doesn't match their target.

  1. 1Step 01

    Body measurements + photos

    We track waist, hips, thighs, arms, and chest measurements alongside the scale. Many figure-correction clients lose 3-5 inches off their waist before the scale moves much — because muscle is replacing fat.

  2. 2Step 02

    Identify the storage pattern

    Belly fat (apple shape) responds differently than hip/thigh fat (pear shape). Hormonal weight (PCOS, perimenopause) responds differently than calorie-surplus weight. We tailor the diet to your specific fat-storage pattern.

    Build a low-inflammation Indian diet

    Visible inches often come from inflammation as much as fat. Plans emphasise anti-inflammatory foods — turmeric, ginger, leafy greens, omega-3 rich seeds, fermented foods — alongside calorie balance.

    Coordinate with movement

    Figure correction without movement is incomplete. We coordinate with your existing workout (or recommend a basic strength + cardio mix) so inches reduce in the right places.

01What's the difference between weight loss and figure correction?
Weight loss focuses on reducing the number on the scale. Figure correction focuses on body composition — reducing fat in specific areas, building muscle tone, and reshaping the body — even if your weight stays the same or barely changes. Most figure-correction clients lose inches faster than they lose kilograms.
02I'm getting married in 6 months — what's achievable?
6 months is a great timeline. Most brides see 4-8 inches off the waist, visible jawline definition, brighter skin from improved nutrition, and noticeable difference in how lehengas/saris fit. We do this without crash diets that would leave you tired or dehydrated on the wedding day.
03Can I do figure correction while breastfeeding?
Yes, with adjusted calorie targets. Breastfeeding mothers need approximately 400-500 extra calories daily to maintain milk supply. Figure-correction plans for new mothers are gentler — slower inch loss, more focus on nutrient density and core rehabilitation.
04How is this different from cosmetic procedures?
We do not recommend liposuction, cool-sculpting, or fat-dissolving injections as primary interventions. Diet + movement gives sustainable results without the rebound risk that comes after most cosmetic procedures. Many clients who came to us post-procedure to maintain results would have been better served starting with diet.
