  • 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup grapes (seedless), halved
  • 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • A pinch of black salt
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds or walnuts
Method

Step, by step.

    Wash and prepare all fruits. Drain the orange segments to remove excess juice.

    In a large bowl, combine orange segments, apple, banana, pomegranate, and grapes.

    Whisk honey, lime juice, and black salt in a small bowl. Pour over the fruits.

    Toss gently to coat all fruits evenly.
